[~giacomotaylor] can we make "." an illegal character in a case sensitive
schema name?
"Schema.Name"."TableName" would be normalized to Schema.Name.TableName" and
SchemaUtil.getSchemaNameFromFullName(name) would return Schema and
SchemaUtil.getTableNameFromFullName(name) would return Name.TableName
