I suspect this is a result of PHOENIX-1682. I've attached patch removes the
quoting around the table name when setting it. The tests pass for me.
FYI, I'll be going off grid on vacation for a few weeks. If anything comes up
with the phoenix-spark module, it's not that I'm not interested, but may be
unavailable for response until I get back.
