FYI, [~enis], [~devaraj], [~ndimiduk], [~rajeshbabu] - Pherf (the testing at
scale too introduced in 4.4) won't be invokable on Windows boxes, as it uses
shell scripts instead of python scripts. FWIW, the scripts do nothing more than
invoke a Java command, so the translation would probably be pretty
straightforward.
