commit (client using Phoenix v4.3.0 and server on or after the specified
commit), Sqlline just hangs (i.e. almost hangs, it's extremely slow, query does
get finally executed but it takes 1000+ seconds) while executing any query and
there is no associated log/exception on any region server.
