The exceptions occurred before ParallelIterators.java was refactored. If an
iterator thread died without being cleaned up, the threads in the thread pool
could be used up. See the error from the stacktraces:
[Running, pool size = 32, active threads = 32, queued tasks = 64, completed
tasks = 207]. Increasing the thread pool size could help. However, after
ParallelIterators.java was refactored, we did not see such exceptions as far as
I know.
