Thanks for having a look [~gabriel.reid]. I've added some additional test cases
for parsing variations on ConnectionInfo strings over in
{{PhoenixEmbeddedDriverTest}}. I also looked into altering
{{CsvBulkLoadToolIT}} to spin up with arbitrary parent root nodes, but this
will require changes to {{HBaseTestingUtility#startMiniCluster}}.
