[~jamestaylor], attached is the updated patch with tests for RoundRobinIterator
with salted tables and tables with stats. I wasn't able to extend
BaseConnectionLessQueryTest because the
ConnectionLessQueryServicesImpl.getTable() throws a
UnsupportedOperationException when creating TableResultIterator in
ParallelIterators. So I had to resort to writing the test as an IT test. Please
review when you get a chance. Thanks!
