Currently, using PhoenixMapReduceUtil we are able to read only one table. This
is making to write multiple map-reduce jobs to read from multiple tables and
then do the processing. Instead if a utility can provide a way to read mutiple
tables,( atleast read and write to text files) , it would elimate the need to
use multiple mapreduce jobs.
