With this patch, I think we have a reasonable amount of testing. Take a look at
the TxCheckpointIT.testCheckpointForDeleteAndUpsert() for one that mixes
multiple deletes and upserts that each do checkpointing and then a rollback to
restore back to the original state. Please review, [~tdsilva].
