Thanks, [~elserj]. Patch looks good. One question about the config options
you've defined in phoenix/queryserver/server/Main.java. We've tried to keep all
of our config options in QueryServices and all of our default values in
QueryServicesOptions, but perhaps this doesn't work for the query server
because it wouldn't want to pull in any new dependencies?
