Summary: Write Pherf results to temp directory

After running Pherf unit tests, a phoenix-pherf/RESULTS/ is left behind. Rather
than writing to the source directory of Pherf, we should write to a temp
directory. Otherwise, this directory continually shows up in "git status"
commands as untracked.
