Josh Elser commented on PHOENIX-2445:
-------------------------------------

LGTM. The only thing that caught my eye for Apache was the default HDP
installation path of Phoenix. Although, I'm not really sure what an "Apache"
value would be...

One nit (really, future improvement, I think) would be to try to look some more
into the requirements that LSB sets forward:
https://refspecs.linuxbase.org/LSB_3.1.0/LSB-generic/LSB-generic/iniscrptact.html.
This outlines things like what exit codes should mean as well as the exposed
"targets" that the init script should provide.

> I didn't see a init / systemd compatible control script for Phoenix Query
> Server so I put one together based on the Kafka control script. The attached
> file has been tested with CentOS 6 with init (non kerberized cluster) and
> CentOS 7 with SystemD (kerberized cluster).
> Any interest in this?
