Not sure what needs to be done here - we've added some new dependencies in
phoenix-core for transactions and our phoenix-spark tests are failing. I tried
this patch, but it didn't help. Any ideas, [~jmahonin] or [~tdsilva]? I noticed
there are many excludes for each dependency, but not sure which (if any) we'd
need for the new Tephra dependency. Is there something else we can do to
prevent needing those exclusions, [~jesse_yates] or [~mujtabachohan]?
