I'm near done getting HBase moved on to Yetus. The Zombie detection in later
hbase got much better (relying on checking for the specific build id being
used). I wasn't going to focus too much on reusability in the initial update to
check for zombies while using yetus, but if it helps convince Phoenix to use
Yetus I'll make the effort.
