Looks like a small regression from PHOENIX-2357. The cloned mutationState in
BaseResultIterators needs to be passed through the TableResultIteratorFactory,
otherwise the one we retrieve from the connection may already have removed the
transaction by the time the iterator executes (when auto commit is on).
