v2 patch with named thread factories for various thread pools we create. Also
added a timeout on BaseTest.disableAndDropNonSystemTables() as I have seen on
my local builds that the test harness just hangs otherwise. Right now, timing
out after 5 mins will cause the test to fail. We can make the timeout
configurable, not sure if its worth it though since this is test only code.
