I spent some time duping out JIRAs and assigning the fixVersions for the ones with test cases or patches to 4.8.0. If you could take a moment and search for JIRAs assigned to you with a fixVersion of 4.8.0 and verify whether or not the issue persists, that would be helpful. Once you've verified it, please clear the "verify" label I added so we know it's a real issue.
