Thanks for the tip, [~ankit.singhal] - that was the root cause. I've disabled
stats for SYSTEM.CATALOG, SYSTEM.FUNCTION, and SYSTEM.SEQUENCE. We should make
it declarative in 4.8, though.
[~mujtabachohan] - please rerun the b/w compat tests once I check this in.
