Looks like builds are timing out for 4.x-HBase-1.0 and master branches. Likely
because PHOENIX-2732 upgraded hbase version in poms to 1.0.3 and 1.1.3 which
have the fix for HBASE-14643 present. [~jamestaylor] - should I revert that
change? Or should we get [~rajeshbabu]'s patch in for 4.7?
Rajesh, does the test suite finish for you after applying the patch?
