[~kdmu] - your best bet for verifying that it's working correctly is to write a
unit test that uses the Calcite driver to create a sequence. You can copy/paste
the SequenceIT.testCreateSequence() to CalciteIT to try it. Step through the
current tests in a debugger for SequenceIT. Everyone is super busy with other
tasks, so if you can experiment a bit on your own first, that'll help us.
