   Thank you very much for the information. 
   I have to click 'Cancel Patch' button to restore the status, then this 
button changed to 'Submit Patch'. Click it then a pre-commit build will be 
triggered.
   It seems that it is the status changing that triggers the build process, not 
the attach operation.
