-v3 observes that the same optimization is possible for queries like
SELECT f1, ... FROM table GROUP BY g1, g2, g3, ... HAVING ...

As long as f1, f2, ..., are literal or column expressions only. And g1, g2, g3 
are ordered in key order.

I'll now add tests.
