This bug was found while testing the fix for the bug
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-2961
While the fix worked for the the test specified in PHOENIX-2961, the problem
re appears, when two more rows of data are added to the table. Please see the
attached sql script which demonstrates this issue.
