One other important thing, [~singamteja] - you need to open a new
PhoenixConnection with CURRENT_SCN set to the value of ASYNC_CREATED_DATE and
run the ALTER INDEX statement on this connection. That'll ensure that the Cell
timestamps are set correctly.
