We should have something like HBase's IntegrationTestBigLinkedList for Phoenix.
This test run at data scale and for long periods of time with active chaos
agents has on multiple occasions revealed serious but hard to trigger bugs
(usually because full stack effects from failures are involved).
For the most part we can reuse HBase's chaos stuff. We'd want to write and
verify the same type of linked data with the Phoenix JDBC driver, with all
interesting features enabled on the test deployment like transactions and local
indexes.
