Summary: Ensure all bundled products not ASL licensed are included

The LICENSE file includes the ASL (for the Apache Phoenix project) as well as
the license information for every bundled project within the release artifact
(the source release tarball in this case)

Thus, bundled software like Sqlline, jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS (and related
modules), Glyphicons, and Fontawesome must be included in this file.
The official legal guidance on what licenses are compatible to ship with the
Apache Phoenix ASL-licensed release are outlined in the following:
