This knocks out PHOENIX-3085, PHOENIX-3086 (need to run a build to make sure I
didn't botch the make_rc.sh script, though), PHOENIX-3087 and PHOENIX-3088. I
plan to try to knock out the L&N fixing tonight after some dinner.
