Not sure if you've done it this way, [~maryannxue], but it'd be super handy if
you could distinguish between {{EXPLAIN}} and {{EXPLAIN PLAN FOR}} and have the
former produce the Phoenix explain plan and the latter produce the Calcite
explain plan. We'd likely want to have a more different syntax, but for now
this will make more unit tests pass as this is how we get the explain plan in
existing Phoenix tests.
