Summary: Create stress tests for Phoenix

We should have a series of stress tests for Phoenix. I understand Hortonworks
may have the basis for these tests? We should formalize them, get them in a
nightly/bi-weekly Jenkins job. Maybe we can use Pherf as a platform to build on
top of?
