I think we need a top level markdown page describing the namespace feature.
It'd cover things like:
- how to turn the feature on
- how to convert existing tables to be in a namespace
- how the system tables are converted
- how a schema corresponds to an HBase namespace
- when it doesn't (for example views still reside in their physical tables
namespace)
- some general information about what an HBase namespace gives you with some
links to more detailed HBase docs
