This will be a good improvement, [[email protected]]. Perhaps we can
parallelize this by having a timer task run on each region and it narrowed the
scan range based on the region boundaries. With the current mechanism, all
scans are done serially *and* all are from the region server hosting the
SYSTEM.CATALOG table. We'd just need to be careful about if a split occurs
while our scan is running (but perhaps that would just be ridden over?).
