James Taylor updated PHOENIX-3304:
----------------------------------
    Attachment: PHOENIX-3304.patch

Tests were passing individually, but not when run together because they were
not registering a new uniquely named sink for each one.

> I reverted by changes for PHOENIX-3174 since that was the last commit that
> modified PhoenixMetricsSink but that didn't fix the test failures. It may
> have to do with the refactoring to enable running test methods in parallel.
> FYI, [~jamestaylor]. I am able to reproduce the failure locally on
> 4.x-HBase-1.1 branch too.
