Yes, that is correct, [~jamestaylor]. We don't need to override the client
scanner timeout for this MR job.
[~singamteja] - see PhoenixRecordReader#initialize to see how we are setting
the threshold on the lease renewal. This threshold is used by a dedicated
thread pool in phoenix to renew the leases of scanners.
