Summary: Remove indexedColumnInfo from index maintainer

indexedColumnInfo was added in IndexMaintainer to help detect whether if a
column being dropped is an indexed column. Also, to validate if the view has
all the columns of an index. The information Column name/Column family is
already available for the callers of the method
IndexMaintainer#getIndexedColumnInfo. So we should get rid of it.
