[~jmahonin], Hudson can usually be triggered to run maven tests and release
auditing if you click {{Submit patch}} before uploading the patch file. You may
be able to re-open this issue to do this. The release audits I linked were
from another JIRA that triggered Hudson. It might be possible to run release
audit tests manually but I'm not aware of the process to do that.
