The testcase
org.apache.phoenix.monitoring.PhoenixMetricsIT.testGlobalPhoenixMetricsForQueries
fails intermittently on x86 as well as ppc64le architechture. This issue is
related to PHOENIX-1822. The testcase testPhoenixMetricsForQueries was replaced
by testGlobalPhoenixMetricsForQueries. The error message is as follows:
