James Taylor commented on PHOENIX-3863: --------------------------------------- Thanks, [~pconrad]! Best would be to start by adding DAYOFWEEK and DAYOFYEAR documentation to phoenix.csv. See https://phoenix.apache.org/building_website.html for instructions and look at other date-related functions for examples from which to copy/paste. Once that patch is in, it'd be great if you could review that all classes derived from ScalarFunction in Phoenix (there are a few exceptions) are documented here: https://phoenix.apache.org/language/functions.html. You can reach out to [~mujtabachohan] if you have questions/problems, but hopefully our instructions are sufficient. > Document DAYOFWEEK, DAYOFYEAR, and any other missing functions > -------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: PHOENIX-3863 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-3863 > Project: Phoenix > Issue Type: Bug > Reporter: James Taylor > > Looks like the above functions committed in PHOENIX-3201 were never > documented here: https://phoenix.apache.org/language/functions.html. We > should check if there are others too. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.15#6346)
