James Taylor commented on PHOENIX-3872:
---------------------------------------
We've heard some complaints internally about getting the cache expired
exceptions, so we thought to increase the default. It turns out that based on
the server-side defaults, when we make cross RS calls to do index updates,
there will be 350 retries with a 20 second wait time which works out to ~2
hours. Do you see a downside to increasing the cache expiration time,

> The default timeout is 30 minutes. We should increase it substantially to
> ride out any retry loops that may occur on the server side. 2 hours would
> probably be a good default.
