It seems like the expected Maven symlinks are not set up correctly. I'm
chatting with Infra folks now and they said it's something on their end.

re-kick the QA task.

Chris L (in the HipChat #asfinfra room) has fixed H11 and ubuntu-eu2
which had both failed for me. If you see failures on other build nodes,
I'd recommend letting infra know about that node (hopefully, Chris has
spot-checked all of the other ones).
