[~jamestaylor] if you can do a quick glance, I would like to get this in for
4.11.0 as well. This allows creating of sync/async index at pre-defined
sequence and triggers a specific data load point i.e. either before or after
data load plus log the total time it takes for index to complete for both
sync/async cases.
