.001 Here's some end-to-end testing that goes on top of [~Wancy]'s pull-request.
[~jamestaylor], might you be able to take a quick look at this patch before I
commit them both?
I do need to separate out the base kerberized HDFS+HBase logic into
phoenix-core, then re-build the PQS ITs on top of that, but I don't want to
hold up Shi's patch on my availability to do that :)
