Now that PHOENIX-3744 is resolved and released, we should update our website to
let users know how to take advantage of this cool new feature (i.e. new
snapshot argument to IndexTool). This could be added to a couple of
placeshttp://phoenix.apache.org/phoenix_mr.html and maybe here
http://phoenix.apache.org/pig_integration.html (is there a way to use snapshots
through our Pig integration? If not we should file a JIRA and do this).
