Note to self: from the chatter on PHOENIX-3598, the Phoenix versions targeting
HBase 1.1 and 0.98 presently don't have end-to-end tests covering them. We
should make sure that we, at least, mention this in the docs. A "ymmv" kind of
disclaimer.
