Also, can I have your thoughts on changing line no. 2427 in the class
org.apache.phoenix.query.ConnectionQueryServicesImpl (phoenix-core) to
"if (!admin.tableExists(SYSTEM_MUTEX_NAME_BYTES)) createSysMutexTable(admin);"
