I was hoping a msg user can copy and search for a solution. When I saw 
"phoenix.jar", I could't get any help.

Will this looks better?

Outdated jars. Newer Phoenix clients can't communicate with older Phoenix 
servers. The following servers require an updated phoenix-[version]-server.jar 
to be put in the classpath of HBase:
