rename 5.0-HBase-2.0 branch to 5.x-HBase-2.0

I propose we rename the 5.0-HBase-2.0 branch to 5.x-HBase-2.0 so that we
can do all 5.x based releases from this branch similar to the way we do for
4.x-HBase-###.
