[~elserj] Ah, I've commented on another issue about it. It's not critical and
will involve a lot of changes on different levels. And it's not clear how to
properly handle it (TableName has a notion of schema already, but in Phoenix
whether we can use it depends on the isNamespaceMapped property and all those
changes need to be tested carefully). Changes for Admin stuff are all in
PHOENIX-4321. If there are other places that need to use TableName it's better
to use TableName.valueOf (whether String or byte array here) atm. Once we get
everything compiled and working we may proceed with this jira.
