No, it won't work using a Maven repo. All parcels for a version need to be
included in one single directoy in a web server with a manifest.json . See an
example here {{http://phoenix.trenddevs.co.uk/parcels/4.13.1-cdh5.11.2}} for
the right layout. These parcels are the ones that had been tested in
[~f.pompermaier] in last commit.
Once everyone is happy with the parcels I agree there should be a vote for the
release.
