Description: In PHOENIX-2877 we have changed the pid file for PQS to
user-queryserver.pid. But it's not consistent with the usual schema
product-user-component.pid that we are using in most of the products. We need
to add 'product' part to the pid file name. (was: In PHOENIX-2877 we have
