I've tried to upgrade from CDH 5.9 to 5.11.2 and then upgrade also the
phoenix parcel with this one but now I can't connect anymore to Phoenix via
phoenix-sqlline.py:
Error: Cluster is being concurrently upgraded from 4.7.x to 4.13.x. Please
retry establishing connection. (state=INT12,code=2010)

How can I fix that?
